- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
- Order Modifications: If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to India. If your location is outside our standard shipping area, please reach out to us to explore possible options.

Puressenz offers various shipping methods to meet your needs. Rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on your location and chosen method.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
